🕐 What are your opening hours?

We’re open Tuesday to Sunday:

Tue–Thu: 16:30 – 23:30

Fri–Sat: 15:00 – 00:00

Sun: 15:00 – 23:00

We’re closed on Mondays.


🍜 Can I order online?

Absolutely, order for pickup directly via our Goodeats site or find us on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat for delivery.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards and contactless payments at the shop. Online orders are prepaid.


📦 How long does it take to prepare my food?

Our dishes are made fresh to order — most take 15–20 minutes. We’ll give you a pickup time when you order.


🛠 Can I customise my order?

Yes. You can add or remove ingredients based on what’s available in each menu section.

Please note: Custom options are shared across the section and not tailored to individual dishes. Dishes come as listed unless changes are made during ordering.


❓Do you use MSG in your food?

Nope. Never.

We don’t use any added MSG in our recipes: just honest ingredients, house-made sauces, and bold flavours from scratch. It’s how we keep it clean and crave-worthy.

We take dietary needs seriously. Please note:

  • Our dishes may contain soy, sesame, wheat (gluten), shellfish, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy.
  • While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles all major allergens.
  • If you have any food allergies, please inform us before ordering.

🚚 Who handles delivery? What if there's a delay?

All deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners (Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats). While we always prepare your food fresh and on time, delivery schedules and driver assignments are outside our direct control.

If you experience a delay or issue with your delivery, we recommend reaching out to the platform you ordered through for updates. That said, if something goes wrong, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to make it right on our end.


📞 Do you take phone calls?

No, we don’t handle phone calls at And Wok. To keep things smooth and consistent, all orders and support are managed online.

  • Collection orders: Please place your order directly at And Wok via Goodeats.
  • Delivery issues (late, cold, missing, refund requests, etc.): These must be handled by the platform you ordered through (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat) using their in-app support.
  • Other questions: If you leave us a message via Contact Us form, it will be sent to our team by email. We’ll review and respond in due course.

This way, you always get the fastest and most accurate help without waiting on hold.


Disclaimer

Most items on our menu are prepared with deboned ingredients. However, despite our best efforts, occasional small bones may remain due to the nature of preparation.
