🕐 What are your opening hours?
We’re open from Tuesday to Sunday:
Tue and Wed: 16:00 to 23:30
Thu: 15:00 to 23:30
Fri and Sat: 15:00 to 00:00
Sun: 15:00 to 23:00
Closed on Mondays.
🍜 Can I order online?
Yes. Order directly through Goodeats (House) or find us on Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat for delivery.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and contactless payments in-store. Online orders are prepaid.
📦 How long does it take to prepare my food?
Everything is cooked fresh. Most dishes take 15 to 20 minutes and your pickup time will be shown at checkout.
For delivery, timing depends on the platform, driver availability, and your distance from the shop.
🛠 Can I customise my order?
Yes. You can add or remove ingredients based on the options available in each section.
Please note: Custom options are shared across the section and not tailored to individual dishes. Dishes come as listed unless changes are made during ordering.
❓ Do you use added MSG in your food?
No. We do not use added MSG. Our flavours come from honest ingredients, house-made sauces, and slow prepping.
⚠️ Allergen and dietary information
We take dietary needs seriously.
• Our dishes may contain soy, sesame, wheat (gluten), shellfish, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, or dairy.
• Cross-contamination is possible as our kitchen handles all major allergens.
• If you have allergies, please let us know before ordering.

🚚 Who handles delivery? What if there is a delay?
We offer two delivery routes:
1. Goodeats (House) Delivery
Handled directly by our team. Delivery times depend on your distance and driver availability.
If there is an issue with an in-house delivery, please message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will look after it.
2. Third-party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through Just Eat, Deliveroo, or Uber Eats are delivered by their courier partners.
We prepare your food fresh and on time, but delivery speed and driver assignments are fully managed by the platform.
For delays or delivery issues, please contact the platform through their in-app support. Alternatively you can message us on WhatsApp or email us, and we’ll assist where possible from our side.
📞 Do you take phone calls?
No. We handle orders and support online to keep everything accurate and efficient.
• Goodeats (House) orders including direct delivery and pickup: Message us on WhatsApp or use the Contact Us form.
• Platform delivery issues (late, cold, missing items, refunds): Please contact the platform you ordered through.
• Other questions: Send us a WhatsApp message or reach us by email and we’ll get back to you.
